Dear Owner/s

In an effort to share information about the project as quickly as possible, please see the below information.

Starting Monday February 9th, the project team will be starting work on the East and South Elevation.
This work will affect the units:
1612, 1626, 1640,1654,1667,1677,1613,1627,1641,1655

Please see the attached map (Below) for a pictorial depiction of the Drops.

The work will include surface preparations and wall coating/painting.
Any balcony furniture should be moved inside the units if possible.
I realize most units are empty so if we need to help in this effort, we are happy to do so with unit access.

We will update everyone as start dates for the other drops are announced.
