Dear Sea Turtle Pool Owner,
As we conclude 2025, the Sea Turtle Pool Board would like to provide the following updates:
- As reported during the November 11th Annual Meeting, the Board has executed a contract with
Coastal Luxury Outdoors to assume pool operations beginning January 2026. In addition to
routine pool cleaning, the vendor will begin work in January on several approved work orders
intended to enhance operations and maintain compliance. - The re-slinging of 24 chaise lounge chairs and 1 dining chair, along with the purchase of 3 new
umbrellas, has been approved. Completion of the re-slinging and delivery of the new umbrellas
is anticipated before the start of the 2026 high season. - An evaluation of the pool restroom refurbishment, which includes new countertops, sinks
updated mirrors, and interior painting is currently in progress - A comprehensive review of the janitorial services is underway. This assessment will define an
updated scope of work, including cleaning of restrooms, pool deck, pool furniture and umbrellas.
