Dear Sea Turtle Pool Owner,
The Board of Directors approved funding for the Restroom Refresh Project at the Sea Turtle
Pool Board meeting held yesterday. The project is scheduled to commence this week and will
include the following scope of work:
RESTROOM IMPROVEMENTS
Power washing and painting of both restroom facilities
Completion of various repair and maintenance items, including door repairs, restroom
floor drain cleanout, replacement of sink ball valves, urinal maintenance, repair or
replacement of the exhaust fan, and polishing of chrome fixtures
Removal of existing Formica countertops and installation of Quartz countertops, along
with 3 new rectangular undermount sinks
Replacement of mirrors in both the main restroom area and handicapped bathrooms
Power washing and application of a two-part epoxy coating to the restroom floors
following completion of countertop and mirror installation
Power and acid washing, followed by sealing, of the cement areas immediately outside
the restrooms to improve cleanliness and durability in this high-traffic area
ADDITIONAL APPROVED IMPROVEMENTS
Painting of the building fascia
Power washing of the east trellis area and two west trellis areas, with touch-up painting as needed
Painting of the upper horizontal member of the aluminum perimeter fencing
The project is expected to take approximately 5 weeks and is anticipated to be completed
prior to the start of the Concours d’Elegance on March 5th. Progress updates will be
provided as work progresses.
Please be advised that the restroom facilities will be temporarily unavailable for the duration of
the project. However, the pool will remain open.
