Dear Sea Dunes Owner,
The demolition phase of the Westside Project on the 6th floor is anticipated to be completed today.
The tentative demolition schedule for Floors 5 through 1 is as follows:
5th Floor: Wednesday, February 4 – Thursday, February 12
4th Floor: Friday, February 13 – Monday, February 23
3rd Floor: Tuesday, February 24 – Wednesday, March 4
2nd Floor: Thursday, March 5 – Friday, March 13
1st Floor: TBD
Please be advised that elevated noise levels are expected throughout the demolition phase of the project.
